These terms apply to the Infinity Academy class reminder text message program. By submitting your mobile number through our text reminder sign-up form and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms.

What we send

Class reminders for the student you enrolled: the date and time of the upcoming class in the student's time zone, the student's name, and the teacher's name. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency

You will receive two reminders for each scheduled class — one about 24 hours before the class and one about 2 hours before. How many messages you receive in a given week therefore depends entirely on how many classes your child has that week.

Texting us

You can text our class reminder number with a question about your child's classes — for example, to ask for the coming week's schedule — and we will reply. Replies are sent during business hours. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive, and replying STOP still stops all messages from us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Infinity Academy does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text reminders on that number. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will not send further reminders to that number. You can also email info@inf.academy and ask us to remove a number. Stopping text reminders does not affect email reminders or your enrollment.

Who may sign up

Only a parent or guardian of an enrolled student may submit numbers for text reminders, and only numbers whose owner has agreed to receive these messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of using any of our services — class reminders are also available by email.

Carriers and delivery

Messages are delivered through our messaging provider and your mobile carrier. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Phone numbers and consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
