01Who we are

It didn't start with a business plan.
It started with a parent
teaching their own child.

Infinity Academy didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a parent teaching their own child — and refining a method through real, day-to-day teaching.

As that child made significant progress, more families started sending their kids to learn. Students of different ages, backgrounds, and temperaments pushed us to expand, adjust, and refine the approach — and over time it grew into what Infinity Academy is today.

Today we teach fully online, one-on-one, with highly personalized instruction — continually evolving how we teach and how we keep students engaged. Most students stay with us for years.

A note from us

"If any student isn't learning,
it means our teaching needs to improve."

02Our philosophy

At its core, education is about
ignition, not accumulation.

01
Spark curiosity, unlock creativity
Education isn't measured by how much knowledge gets transferred. It's about sparking curiosity, building confidence, unlocking creativity, and igniting the drive to keep growing.
02
Borrow from great games
We borrow the mechanics behind great games to make learning more compelling — so students choose to lean in.
03
Student-centered
Tailored to each student, adjusted in real time, paced to where each learner actually is.
04
Teaching is iterative
If any student isn't learning, it means our teaching needs to improve.
05
Find a way for every child
Education isn't about filtering for the kids who can learn — it's about finding a way to teach every kid.
03How we teach

How we teach

I · METHOD
Learn by exploring
Knowledge is embedded inside tasks, problems, and challenges. Students learn by exploring and solving.
II · METHOD
Game-inspired mechanics
Clear goals, fast feedback, real challenge, and a sense of achievement — the things that make great games engaging, applied to learning.
III · METHOD
Create early
Once the basics are in place, we move students into making things — drawings, games, projects, real-world problems — as early as possible.
IV · METHOD
Continually adjust
What we teach — and when, how hard, and in what order — keeps adjusting based on where the student is now and where they're heading.
04Learning path

Not a course list.
A growth path that keeps extending.

From foundations to development, deepening to real-world practice — students of different ages, backgrounds, and goals follow different sequences, emphases, and paces.

05Voices

From our students and parents

"At every stage, Mr. Cheng has taken the time to talk with us and our kids about where their learning is heading. They've built real confidence in coding and made remarkable progress."
Mother of two students
"At Infinity Academy, I discovered my passion for programming. They provided personalized lessons and used different approaches for students at different levels."
11th-grade student
"My daughter used to get anxious at the mere mention of any CS class. Now she genuinely enjoys it — and she's confident she could pursue it as a career one day."
Parent of a student
"Mr. Cheng's team has built their own teaching software — purpose-built and highly targeted — so they can match instruction to each child's individual strengths and learning style."
Parent of a student
"I started out with no interest in programming. Over time, I gradually developed a real interest in it — and my grades improved alongside it."
11th-grade student
"Before, he showed no interest and made very little progress. After he began learning with Mr. Cheng, the more classes he took, the more interested he became — and the further he improved."
